How soon will my items ship?

Most items listed in the Pretzel Shop are now offered via Print-On-Demand, which means depending on what you ordered they will print per order, and ship on individual timelines usually within 10 business days. This means you may receive multiple tracking numbers and packages! 

Can I cancel my order?

Due to the nature of Print-On-Demand, your product may go into production immediately after placing your order and cannot be canceled. Please ensure your order is correct (size, color, correct address, etc). prior to placing your order.
